My son's new course on Social Work helps him journey the side of town he has not seen before. Recently he spent substantial number of days in a slum in Chennai, more of the fishermen and I know for sure he has learn t a lot just that he does not seem to be equipped with the words to articulate his learnings.
According to him drinking is part of their life and its accepted by all. Nearly 70% of their daily income goes into this. For generations together they have been doing this, "what good can come out of this place except for the fish" he said. Then he quickly added but "Pa its probably from a place like this Jesus Christ came" So lets not judge anybody by how they look or where they come from we need to take them Just the way they are.
